Program Manager
Read Muskegon is seeking a full-time Program Manager, responsible for overseeing assigned literacy programs, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives. The Program Manager is focused on program-level strategy, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring projects align with overall objectives and contribute to the program's success. They also manage communication and stakeholder engagement. This role oversees scheduling, staffing, volunteer coordination, and logistics for programs including 1:1 tutoring, correctional education, and English as a Second Language classes. The Manager supervises a team of instructional and program staff and supports volunteers, ensuring each program runs smoothly and meets established goals.
